The most common way to consume cannabis oil is through either smoking it.  There is a new fad which has become the more common method, vaping it.  The process of “dabs” is also very common among cannabis oil users.  You can also cook with cannabis oil, and another benefit to oil as opposed to flower is the healthier methods of ingestion.  Vaping and cooking have virtually no negative effects on the body.
