The Bay State has spoken, well at least the 53% who are in favor of legal recreational marijuana. One way or another, Massachusetts will seriously consider ending all marijuana prohibition in 2016. Senators are working hard against current Gov. Charlie Baker to get bill H.1561 passed which would regulate marijuana similarly to alcohol for legal use by adults. The medical marijuana law permits doctors to give letters to their patients certifying them to use, possess, and grow up to a sixty-day supply of the drug, which is defined by state regulators as ten ounces.
